Ingredients:

500g Mutton (With bone for more taste)

1/2 cup Clarified Butter

1 Black Cardamom

1 Cinnamon Stick

1 Mace

4 Cloves

4 Peppercorns

1 Onion (chopped)

1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste

1 tsp Red Chilli Powder

1 tsp Cumin Powder

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

1 tsp Garam Masala (All Spices Powder)

1 1/2 tsp Fennel Seeds Powder

1 Tomato (sliced)

4 tbsp Yogurt


Instructions:

Pour clarified butter in a pot. Crackle peppercorns, black cardamom, cinnamon stick, cloves, and mace. When it gives out fragrance, then saute chopped onion. Turn it lightly brown and then add mutton pieces. Turn meat lightly brown and then ginger-garlic paste. Then add a bit of water to avoid burning. Add salt, red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala or all spices powder, fennel seeds powder, tomato and yogurt. Then cook it a bit. Then add as much as you require and leave it at a low flame till the mutton pieces are tender.
