Aloo Palak (Potatoes and Spinach)


Ingredients:

750g Potatoes (sliced)

1 kg Spinach (chopped)

4 tbsp Kasuri Fenugreek (dried)

6 Green Chillies

6 Whole Red Chillies

1/2 tbsp Salt or as per taste

2 Garlic Cloves (chopped)

1 tomato (chopped/sliced)

1 tsp White Cumin Seeds

4-6 tbsp Clarified Butter


Instructions:

Pour clarified butter in a pot. Add red chillies and turn them lightly brown. Then add garlic cloves and turn them lightly brown. Then add spinach. Then add potatoes. Then add salt, white cumin seeds, dried fenugreek and green chillies. Then add tomato. Cook till potatoes become tender. When potatoes become tender, cook for about 2 more minutes. Aloo Palak is ready to be served. Eat it with roti.
