Kaha Bath (Yellow Rice)

Ingredients:
3 cups Rice
4-5 cups Coconut Milk
2 Red Onions (sliced)
1 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Black Peppercorns
1 stalk of Lemongrass (chopped)
6 inches of Betel Leaf
A handful of Curry Leaves
6-8 Cloves
10 Green Cardamoms
1 1/2 tsp or as per taste
Instructions:
Wash and drain the rice. In a Cooking Pot, turn sliced onions golden burn. Then add black Peppercorns, Lemongrass, Betel Leaf, curry leaves, cloves, Cardamoms, turmeric powder, salt. Fry all of it well. Then add rice and mix it well. Then add coconut milk and cook till rice are well done.
