Mix Vegetables with Chicken


Ingredients:

5-6 Pieces of Chicken (boneless)

4 Spring Onions (chopped)

1 Small Cabbage (chopped)

2 Carrots (sliced)

2 Capsicums (sliced)

1 Tomato (sliced)

1 Chicken Cube

1 tsp Chicken Powder

1 1/2 tbsp Soy Sauce

1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste

4 Green Chillies (chopped)

1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder

1/2 tbsp Red Chillies Powder

1/2 tsp Salt or as per taste

1/2 cup Clarified Butter


Instructions:

Pour clarified butter in a pot. Add chicken and turn it white. Add ginger-garlic paste and fry it. Then add all vegetables and fry them. Then add chicken cube, chicken powder, black pepper powder, red chillies powder, salt, soy sauce and green chillies. When all vegetables get tender, then the dish is ready to be served.
