Mooli (Radish) ki Bhujia


Ingredients:

1/2 kg Mooli (sliced)

4-6 tbsp Ghee (Clarified Butter)

4 Whole Red Chillies

6 Garlic Cloves

1 tsp Salt or as per taste


Instructions:

Pour clarified butter. Add whole red chillies and turn it a bit brown. Then add garlic cloves and turn them a bit brown. Add mooli slices and salt. Fry them well. Then leave it on a low flame till it gets tender. Mooli ki Bhujia is ready.


Tips:

You can use leaves too, but that would make the taste a bit bitter.
