Moong ki Daal ke Pakoray - Mangochi Pakoray (Yellow Lentil Fritters)
Ingredients:
1 cup Moong Daal (Yellow Lentil)
1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Red Chillie Powder
1 tsp Garam Masala (All Spices Powder)
2 Green Chillies (chopped)
1/2 Bunch/Sprigs Coriander (chopped)
1/2 cup Water
1 cup Clarified Butter
Instructions:
Soak Moong Daal for at least 2 hours. Better yet would be to soak it overnight. Wash the lentils. Grind into a smooth paste with the help of water. Then mix all the other ingredients into the paste. Make fritters by frying. Enjoy them with any sauce or chutney.
