Hari Piyaz Shimla Mirch Chicken (Spring Onion Capsicum Chicken)
Ingredients:
500g Chicken (boneless pieces)
250g Spring Onions (chopped)
250g Green Capsicums (sliced)
1/2 cup Clarified Butter
1 tbsp Red Chillie Powder
1 tbsp Ginger-Garlic Paste
1 tsp Salt or as per taste
1/2 tsp Chinese Salt
2 tbsp Soya Sauce
1/4 tsp Turmeric Powder
1 tsp Coriander Powder
1 tsp White Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Peppercorns (crushed)
1 Tomato (Sliced)
4 Green Chillies
Instructions:
Pour clarified butter in a pot. Turn chicken pieces into white. Add ginger-garlic paste, red chillie powder, salt, Chinese salt, soya sauce, coriander powder, white cumin seeds powder, black peppercorns, tomato, and green chillies. Mix these well and cook them together. Add spring onions and green capsicums. Cook these well together until done. Make sure not to turn them too mushy, but keep them rightly crispy.
🍽️ Tip:
You can add Peas and Cauliflower as per your choice and also make it with a whole chicken.
