Suji aur Basan ka Mix Halwa
Ingredients:
1 cup Suji (Semolina)
1 1/2 cup Basan (Gram Flour)
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Clarified Butter
1 cup Water
1 cup Dried or Powdered Milk
8-10 Green Cardamoms
Some Pistaschios and Almonds
Instructions:
Pour both Suji and Basan in a pot. Cook it at a low flame while you stir it constantly to avoid it being burnt. When it gives out aroma and it colour changes, then add clarified butter and stir it a bit. Then add sugar and green cardamoms and stir. Then add water. When the water evaporates, then add powdered milk. Mix it well. Then take it out. Add pistachios and almonds or any nuts of your choice.
