Zucchini Chicken Couscous

Ingredients:
1 Chicken Breast
1 cup or 200g Couscous
400ml Chicken Stock
2 Zucchini (grated)
2-3 tbsp Clarified Butter
Seasoning:
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp White Cumin Powder
1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
1/2 tsp Surmac
1/4 tsp Salt or as per taste
Instructions:
Take the mentioned measures of seasoning separately for chicken breast and for chicken stock. Marinate chicken breast with the seasoning and keep aside for now. In a pot, make chicken stock by adding some extra chicken pieces (other than the chicken breast) and seasoning. When done, add couscous. When it becomes soft and fluffy, add fried grated zucchini. Then fry marinated and seasoned chicken breast. When done, add it to the couscous. Serve it hot and fresh.
